Didn't screw in my boots properly, realised after the boot kept falling off. When I returned to explain they said the snow needed clearing rather than taking the time to check and adjust. Had to proceed in skiing very carefully but the skis kept falling off. Thoughtless and dangerous.Dont recommended this rental place
